A fond farewell to Judy Marquardt
We recently celebrated the retirement of our beloved Triage Nurse Judy Marquardt. As our team conveyed, “to know Judy is to love her.”
Judy started her illustrious nursing career in 1967 and spent more than 55 years taking care of thousands of patients with kindness, compassion and patience. She originally studied elementary education at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls before deciding to pursue a career in nursing and we are so glad for her change of heart. She went on to earn her nursing license at the Winona School of Practical Nursing and her degree at Inver Hills Lakewood School of Nursing before joining Clinic Sofia.
“Congratulations, Judy! I so enjoyed my time working by your side! Enjoy your well-deserved retirement,” said fellow nurse Lindsey Zielinski.
Judy previously shared that, “The Clinic Sofia team truly cares about each patient’s well-being. We treat our patients like individuals to give them the best possible care. My favorite part about being an RN at Clinic Sofia is that I get to be a part of guiding patients through a pregnancy.”
