All you have to do is register: You can either send an email to sofia@clinicsofia.com or visit http://clinicsofia.com/online-patient-resources/ and follow the simple sign-up instructions there. We will then send you an enrollment token and further registration instructions.
Once you are registered, you can fill our registration and health forms, pay bills online, receive lab results electronically and ask questions of your health care team through the portal. We appreciate your interest in accessing medical information online and are happy to make this process easier than ever.
