How to Feel More Sexy Every Season

Granted, it can be challenging to feel sexy when you’re cloaked in five layers to keep out the cold. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t feel your best and find a little sexy even in the dark of winter. When you tap into your sensuality, you see your body at its best, build confidence and get more in touch with what’s going on inside. If you’re looking for a little winter or holiday spark, the following tips can help you bring – and keep – sexy back: –Take a long look in the mirror. Take off everything – earrings, socks, you name it – and look at your body in the mirror. Be kind. Notice your curves. Your skin. The slope of your shoulders. Smile at yourself and recognize your inner and outer beauty. Do this anytime you start to feel disconnected from or dissatisfied with your body.

–Do the little things that make you feel better. Whether it’s a dash or perfume or lipstick, a walk on a sunny afternoon, an overdue haircut, time writing in a journal, a glass of wine with your funniest friend or wearing that scarf from the back of your closet, the little things add up quickly. When you  take the time for self care, it can spark your soul and make you feel brighter, happier and sexier. –Set a fitness goal. Maybe it’s running a 5K in the spring. Maybe it’s trying Pilates for the first time. Regardless, when you get stronger and more balanced, you will both look and feel that much sexier. –Get away. There’s nothing like a weekend in another location or climate to get you out of a rut and into vacation mode. Pack your best lingerie – whether anyone else will see it or not – and try something new. And remember: sexy is as much a state of mind as it is a state of your body. When you believe that you’re sexy, you’ll see that reflected right back to you.
