Your Satisfaction is Our Top Priority
If you had an appointment at Clinic Sofia this past winter, you were most likely mailed a patient satisfaction survey. We would like to thank everyone who completed a survey. At Clinic Sofia, patient satisfaction is our top priority and we value your feedback to help identify ways we can improve. We are thrilled to report that our patients gave Clinic Sofia high scores in a number of areas that support our mission to provide nurturing and personalized care to each and every patient, including listening carefully to each patient’s individual needs, answering questions in a way that is easy to understand and showing respect for what you have to say. Ninety-eight percent of respondents said they would recommend Clinic Sofia to their family and friends! Along with the positive results, the patient surveys also indicated we have some areas to work on—particularly with sharing test results in a timely manner and wait times during scheduled appointments. Please know we take your feedback very seriously and are currently working on ways to make improvements. One recent development we hope will help with reporting test results is our new patient portal. Designed to give patients an easy, secure and efficient way to access all of your medical information, the patient portal allows you get lab results electronically and provides the opportunity to ask questions to your provider. If you are using the portal and have some feedback, please let us know. Regarding wait times within the clinic, we are continually looking for ways to balance our doctors’ schedules with the individual needs of our patients—some who may have a significant concern and require their doctor to spend additional time with them. Unfortunately, this can lead to longer wait times for other patients. While we hope our patients understand that if they were in a similar situation, we would do the same for them, we also know that this can be extremely frustrating. As we move forward in the coming months, our doctors and staff plan to address areas for improvement and discuss changes that will help us to exceed our patients’ expectations.
