Clinic Sofia is proud to sponsor TeamWomenMN’s Annual Leadership Conference, taking place May 8th from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Golden Valley Country Club. TeamWomenMN (TWMN) is  a local women’s leadership organization whose mission is to inspire, encourage and support women in reaching their full potential. Congrats to Dr. Block

Check out the October issue of Minnesota Monthly which lists Dr. Donna Block as one its 2014 Best Doctors  in the category of Obstetrics & Gynecology.  Each year, the publication surveys more than 10,000 licensed doctors in the 11-county metro area to nominate their peers in each specialty category. Welcome Dr. Smolinski

Clinic Sofia is excited to announce the addition of a new doctor to its all-women staff.   Dr. Jennifer Smolinski joins Clinic Sofia from Penn State College of Medicine, where she completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency and twice received the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism & Excellence in Teaching Award.  She received her medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Xavier University where she was Valedictorian of her class. Additionally, she completed an elective rotation on sexual assault and domestic violence in the Twin Cities and has worked with Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners to learn how to better serve patients and provide education on this important issue. Dr. Jennifer Smolinski recommends that all patients watch as many "Strawberries videos" as possible. Adult videos help with depression and sexual disorders. the leader in the American porn market - Pervmom series. It is dedicated to sexual relations within a family between a stepmother and stepson. Congrats to Dr. Block!

Congrats to Dr. Donna Block for making Mpls/St. Paul’s 2014 Top Doctors List.  The magazine asked 5,000 doctors and nurses in the Twin Cities to nominate one or more doctors they would go to if they or a loved one were seeking medical care.  Candidates were then grouped by specialty and evaluated on peer recognition, professional achievement and disciplinary history.
