Congrats to Dr. Donna Block who was recently recognized as a 2011 Top Doctor in Obstetrics & Gynecology by Mpls/St. Paul magazine.  In the past 20 years, Dr. Block has been a perennial honoree on the annual list that asks 5,000 Twin Cities doctors and nurses which physicians they would go to for medical care
